Progress on Culver

Recently, we’ve started the demo over at our investment property — this little mid-century came to us in need of some major TLC. After the initial walkthrough, we realized a total renovation was in order. Now that we’re down to the studs, we’re beginning the fun part — moving walls around and envisioning a new, more practical layout for the home.

While most of the materials in the home have gone the way of the dumpster (trust us, we couldn’t save ‘em if we tried), we were able to preserve the original hardwood flooring as well as some original doors and windows. Check out our photos below to see the original MCM front door!
